The Tattoo Parlor

Jeff Ward of Franklin, Ind., gets a "ring of fire" tattoo banded around his arm in an upstairs office of the Fountain Square building that houses the Fountain Room, the theater, and the diner. Sticking him with the needle is William Adams, who calls his shop Body Expressions.
